In a major step toward bridging the gap between laboratory research and commercial market success, the School of Engineering and Technology at G H Raisoni University, Saikheda, is set to host a comprehensive six-day workshop. Scheduled to run from January 5th to 10th, 2026, daily from 10:30 AM onwards at Seminar Hall No. 2, this intensive program is organized in strategic association with the GHRU Technology Business Incubator Foundation (GHRUTBIF), the Industry-Institute Interaction Cell (IIIC), and the Heartfulness Foundation. Designed as a vital launchpad for turning academic ideas into self-sustaining business enterprises, the workshop invites faculty members, researchers, and students to equip themselves with the essential financial acumen and strategic frameworks required to intellectualize, protect, and successfully monetize their research. Led by a stellar lineup of industry experts and seasoned academicians, the sessions will provide deep-dive insights across four core pillars: practical financial analytics for startups (including budgeting and cash flow forecasting), establishing research commercialization pipelines to transition projects into the commercial market, fostering academic entrepreneurship through venture creation, and leveraging holistic university incubation support. Additionally, a unique collaboration with the Heartfulness Foundation will integrate sessions on mental clarity, stress management, and ethical leadership. The workshop will conclude with interactive pitching simulations where researchers can present their project models directly to incubation managers for feedback, opening doors for ongoing mentorship, commercial funding, and strategic industry partnerships
